Queniya Mays
Queniya is a Business Strategist at Diverse Strategy Partners and is responsible for running all facets of the business and managing government contracts. Queniya has a proven executive management track record and over 17 years of experience growing businesses, human resources teams and programs for small businesses, government agencies, hotels and non-profits. Prior to launching her our own business, Queniya spent time establishing her career and finishing college. Queniya has also held numerous leadership roles in Human Resources working at government agencies at the county, city and local levels. Queniya has a Masters degree in Leadership & Management and a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and family.
Lindia Roberts
Lindia is a Business Strategist at Diverse Strategy Partners and is responsible for running all facets of the business and managing government contracts. Lindia has 15+ years of experience in the staffing industry and has been successful in landing multiple government contracts worth over $1.2 million. Lindia has landed contracts with government agencies like the U.S. Department of Defense, Veterans Affair Department, Air Force, and many more. In addition, she has partnerships with consulting companies like Raytheon, Booz Allen Hamilton, and several others across the US. Lindia has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Criminal Justice; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certifications(CDR & CDSP) and is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and a Certified Personnel Consultant. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her local community, and traveling.

proven Quality Control Plan (QCP) is critical to providing effective services to our clients.
During similar contracts we have used our project management and quality control plans to identify
problems/solutions, mitigate gaps, increase productivity and reduce costs by:
- Establishing effective communication with our clients by collaborating to establish an ongoing communications plan that includes project updates, frequently offering recommendations for direct cost saving, cost avoidance, and increased productivity.
- Using a proactive management approach to regularly engage with our staff and client to identify conflicts and prevent or diffuse them before they fully manifest.
- Backing our PMP with proven QCP principles to remain flexible allows us to increase efficiency and ensure adherence to project timelines—even when events arise that would otherwise disrupt the project goals and deliverables.
